The Dubai International
Hotel Apartments are situated next to the Dubai
World Trade Centre Tower and the Dubai International
Exhibition Centre on Sheikh Zayed Road. These 492
fully-serviced apartments provide the most attractive
residential complex in Dubai, and are managed and
owned by the Dubai World Trade Centre.
The apartments are
available on a daily, weekly, monthly or annual
basis. The one, two or three bedroom apartments
are serviced by housekeeping, security and engineering
staff.
Each apartment is
fully furnished, air-conditioned and equipped with
modern services and appliances. Among the excellent
facilities provided are the twice weekly housekeeping
and 24-hour security services. The experienced receptionists
handle all mail and messages while engineering staff
are on duty 24 hours a day.
The Apartments Club
is located behind the Apartments and provides tenants
with a recreation area within relaxed landscaped
gardens including swimming pools, Jacuzzi, squash
courts, sauna, steam room, tennis courts, gymnasium,
bar area and a dining room. Tenants of the Hotel
Apartments automatically become members of the club
(Dhs. 40/- per person as membership
card processing fee will apply).
The Apartments Club
also features the Palm Garden which can entertain
up to a thousand guests in a beautiful open air
setting.
