Most of us depend upon food and a restaurant's
look and feel to spice up romance, business
lunches, celebrations, lazy brunches and just
about any other common occasion.
To 'spice things up', we have hand-picked
our chefs from the four corners of the globe,
creating menus of distinctive and authentic
cuisine. At the Hyatt Regency Dubai, we constantly
strive to satisfy the gastronomic needs of
the hotel guest and visitor.
The tastes of France, Italy
and Spain are featured in our Mediterranean
restaurant, Focaccia, the traditions of
Japan can be tasted in Miyako, the fine
art of Persian cooking in Shahrzad, and
an around-the-world experience can be had
in our revolving restaurant, Al Dawaar.
