The Al Wasl Ballroom
accommodates up to 800 guests for conferences
and private functions, and can easily be divided
into smaller meeting and breakout rooms. Separately,
the facilities are divided into eight meeting
rooms of varying sizes.

Jebel Ali Hotel
boasts a full 9-hole par 36 golf course, designed
by renowned golf course architect Peter Harradine
and situated within the idyllic grounds of the
Jebel Ali Hotel & Golf Resort. The Club House,
based at Club Joumana, overlooks the marina and
the first tee. Every aspect of the game can be
practiced at The Old Stables driving range.
The resort course
is both beautifully stunning and a fair and exciting
challenge to any level of player. It is also the
host of the annual Jebel Ali Golf Resort &
Spa Challenge match, the curtain raiser for the
European Tour Dubai Desert Classic. The fifth
annual Challenge Match will take place on Tuesday,
4th March 2003. Tiger Woods, the golfing world's
prodigy, will, for the 2nd time in three years,
again be amongst the players for the 2003 Jebel
Ali Challenge Match and Dubai Desert Classic.
Woods was one of the star golfers hosted during
the 2001 Classic in 5-star resort luxury and comfort
at the Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa.
Please note that
due to the Challenge Match the Resort Course will
be closed for guest play from Sunday, 2nd March
till Tuesday, 4th March 2003 inclusive.
Hotel guests of
the Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa are entitled
to watch the match on the Resort Course to witness
the amazing skills and talents of six of the world's
greatest players.

SIGNATURES
Situated
at the Palm Tree Court & Spa, Signatures features
an extravagantly exquisite menu with a heavy French
influence, as well as a selection of ovr 60 fine
wines from France and other parts of the world.
Dishes range from delicacies such as "gratinated
Saint Pierre" under an artichoke crust and
tomato risotto to pan roasted breast of Guinea Fowl
and sauteed Foie Gras.

FONTANA RESTAURANT
Overlooking
the Palm Tree Court & Spa's swimming pool
on the lower reception level, the La Fontana Restaurant
serves up a lively touch of Mediterranean cuisine
alongside a palate-pleasing array of international
dishes. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
LA
TRAVIATA RESTAURANT
Set
on the lower-ground level of the Jebel Ali Hotel,
the La Traviata Restaurant can be reached by taking
the winding staircase down from the Lobby Lounge,
or via one of the four elevators. The perfect
place for an intimate dinner setting, and regional
Italian cuisine ranging from Neapolitan to Piedmontese.
THE
WHITE ORCHID RESTAURANT
Located
on the main level of the Palm Tree Court &
Spa reception, with stunning views of the gardens,
beach and the Arabian Gulf, the White Orchid Restaurant
serves up exotic cuisine from the Far East . Enjoy
Chinese, Japanese and Thai specialities in an
exquisite setting overlooking the La Fontana Pool,
with seating indoors or al-fresco on the terrace.
The White Orchid Restaurant features live cooking
at the exciting Teppannyaki table. Four different
five-course set menus are bound to satisfy diners
expectations, while the show itself is pure entertainment.
The Teppanyaki table sits six, and advance reservations
are required.
