overlooking Al Hosn Fort Cultural Foundation
and the Corniche. The office tower accommodates
13 floors of some of the highest specified

spaces, with additional external space for
200 cars available in the immediate surroundings

The retail complex extends to a gross area
of 150,000 sq.f. equal to around 14,000

spacious circulation areas, all units are
easily accessible.
A full height central Atrium enhances the
sight lines for all retail units on the
different levels, creating a spacious impression

The shopping centre has been finished with
a combination of granite, polished stainless
steel and glass, synchronized illuminated
fountains, which provides the shoppers with
